Styling for 2016/ Arita catalogue These photos of all the brand’s 16 porcelain collections were shot in May 2017. The shoot was for the first conclusive catalogue after the brand launch, and was achieved on a low budget in Arita with photographer Kenta Hasegawa. The challenge for the styling of these images was to show the character, particularities and functionality of each collection with minimal means. To this end GDD used plywood boards for a background, each painted in a distinct color for each designer. Props from home and natural lighting rounded out the loo.
